Roman Road at Tittesworth

Roman Road occupied by modern road. A section of Roman Road between Colshaw and Upper Tittesworth, which would have formed part of the route between the Roman settlements/ forts of Buxton (Aqvae Arnevmrtiae) and Penkridge (Pennocrvivm).

Morridge Bowl Barrow Tittesworth

The earthwork remains of a small bowl barrow, which may have been one of a group of three barrows recorded in this area by Robert Plot in 1686. The barrow survives in good condition.
